The Challenge
In the fast-paced poultry industry, one of our clients faced a pressing challenge. They pre-pack value-added poultry products in aluminium trays, but frequent issues with loose seals were threatening their reputation and leading to costly comebacks.
The Process
When they approached us for a solution, we discovered that their current tray sealing machine was unable to properly seal the film on the trays. Recognizing the urgency, we proposed one of our refurbished tray sealing models. While not the latest technology, it offered the perfect balance between performance and cost.
The Solution
To enhance efficiency, we upgraded the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and servo drives, ensuring smooth operation. After installation, the machine produced flawlessly sealed trays, restoring the client’s confidence in aluminium tray sealing.
