Walking-Beam
Tramper Technology’s walking-beam transports trays step-by-step, positioning each cycle for the next phase of the packaging process. This hygienic mode of transport is equipped with exchangeable tooling that can be swapped quickly and without using tools.
If trays are supplied to our machines on a conveyor belt, we can equip our machine with a tray separation unit. This unit collects trays into cycles, positioning them according to a pre-defined pitch.
Conveyor belt Systems
We manufacture a wide range of conveyor belt systems for the broader packaging industry. Our standard conveyor belts are food-safe belt systems that are both sturdy and easy to clean and maintain. We offer a wide variety of belt types, including modular conveyor belts. Optional features include speed variability and transport angles (curved, incline, or decline).
