Sawing

Our sawing machines are highly accurate; exactly what we need to prepare raw material for our manufacturing processes. Our band saw has an automated in-feed system that reduces its operator-dependency. Additionally, our circular saw can cut material at a variety of angles, which eliminates lengthy material preparation procedures.

CNC Milling

Tramper Technology SA exclusively uses Hermle AG’s 5-Axis machines to perform ‘milling at its best’. These machines are highly efficient, regardless of a part’s complexity. We are well-known for our milling proficiency, precision and reliability.

CNC Turning

Our turning team is another essential part of our CNC department. We use Mazak’s lathes due to their precision, consistency and broad machining capabilities. Our competitive advantage lies in the combination of these top-class machines and our experienced staff.

Bending

Our Trumpf TruBend 5170 offers 170 tons of force over a maximum bed-length of 4250mm. Our wide range of toolsets and advanced bending features enables us to bend metal sheets for many different applications.

Welding & Fabrication

Our artisans are capable of a wide range of welding techniques and have many years of experience. We specialise in stainless steel and aluminium welding, using TIG and MIG welding equipment to create neat and strong welds.
