Dual S-360 Tray Sealer Lines Installed for Poultry Packaging

FAT and System Showcase
At Tramper South Africa, we recently completed a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for two fully automated S-360 tray sealing lines. These lines were put through their paces, handling every stage of the poultry packaging process from pre-applying labels and printing directly on the top film, to sealing and transferring trays to the outfeed conveyor.
Everything ran smoothly, and it was a proud moment to see the full system in action at our facility.
Installation and Commissioning
Following the FAT, both S-360 tray sealer lines were delivered and installed at our client’s facility within the poultry industry. As with any large-scale automation project, there were a few challenges along the way, but thanks to strong collaboration and problem-solving, the commissioning process was a success.
The systems are now fully up and running, meeting the client’s production demands with reliability and consistency. Built for performance and precision, the S-360s are already making a big impact on the packing line.
